My Tecno Phone Don't receive Calls but shows only missed calls, How to Fix it?

2. Make sure your phone is on and has enough signal strength. The more network bars you have on the top left corner the more signal strength your phone has.

3. Check if your phone’s network mode has been set to LTE (4G) only. If your phone has been set to 4G only, you will only be able to use the internet but not make or receive calls. To check this; Dial *#*#4636#*#* >>> PHONE INFORMATION >>> Select the SIM you want to check >>> SET PREFERRED NETWORK TYPE >>> Check the network type and make sure it’s not set to LTE only.

4. Contact your network service provider, technical support can inform you if you are out of coverage area or if there are other problems related to your sim/network.

5. Check if your phone has been set to Silent/Do not disturb/Flight mode as these can stop you from making or receiving calls

6. Ensure Call divert is not activated on your SIM(S) because it can also stop you from receiving incoming calls.

7. If problem persists, update your phone software. To Update your phone software; Go to SETTINGS >>> SYSTEM >>> SYSTEM UPDATE >>> ONLINE UPDATE.
